Wheat germ, the nutritious heart of the wheat berry, is an excellent source of folate, vitamin E and thiamin, which makes it a super healthy food. Wheat Germ blends well with almost any food as it is tastes neutral. Wheat germ can be sprinkled over cereal, whipped into a smoothie or added to baked items.

BRAN
Bran is the outermost layer of the wheat kernel. It is an excellent source of insoluble fiber. Adding it to the daily food is the easiest way to improve the digestive health.
ENDOSPERM
The endosperm makes up 83% of the kernel. It provides nutrition to the seed’s embryo. It is the main source of protein, carbohydrates, iron and B-vitamins.
ALEURONE
Surrounding the endosperm is the aleurone layer which contains important enzymes that can convert starch into sugar.
WHEAT GERM
Wheat germ, the embryo of the wheat plant, is the part of the seed that will germinate when the seed is planted. It is extremely rich in vitamin E, Folic Acid, antioxidants and Minerals.
